Discovery Stage

First, we'll learn and understand your vision, ideas, goals, target audience, and overall objectives for your project. We'll gather vital information and logistics from you so that we're able to prepare for and discuss with you a detailed proposal and quote.

Proposal and Acceptance Stage

After you receive our proposal and quote, we'll get together with you for a review and to clarify any items and answer any questions. Once you accept the proposal and quote, we're on our way!

Planning Stage

This is typically the stage where we'll lay out a framework for the design, functionality, colors, typefaces, and so forth. We'll work closely with you during this stage to further define the template of the project. Once approved, we'll move forward to the really fun part!

Design and Development Stage

Here's where your ideas and dreams are brought to life! We'll create and fine-tune the intricacies, details, and functionality of your project. We're always happy to provide input on what we think are the best options for your project, as well.

Final Testing and Launch Stage

During the final stages, we'll upload your beta project to a live web server for your testing and review. At this point you'll be able to provide us with any final input, edits and feedback before we hand off the completed project to you.

Ongoing and Maintenance Services

As we're already intimately involved with your project, you may find it logical and convenient for us to provide continuing services for it. We'll be happy to provide you with a separate, customized quote for any ongoing maintenance, periodic updates and consultation that you and your project may need.

We work with you, for you

Our goal is to deliver the project of your dreams! We'll listen, make suggestions (if asked), provide stage-by-stage updates for you to review, await your feedback, and provide you with a timely completion date.

What's your payment schedule?

After accepting our proposal and quote, 1/3 of the total price is due at that time and before our work can begin. The balance of your payment is due when you've approved the completed project and before we release the project files to you. Any additional cost(s) that may be incurred during the development of the project will need to be paid before our resuming work on the project.

Where's your price list?

Because every project is unique, we've found it best to price by the overall project (which can include several individual projects). We are very competitively priced and will do our utmost to work within your budget.

What if I dislike the design?

Our goal is to deliver precisely what you want! Some tweaking is usually inevitable, so your quote will typically include up to 3 revisions of a work or segment of work. Of course, we'll make as many revisions as needed to perfect your project - additional fees may apply.
